for large junior draws and rain delays affecting juniors. Adult
divisions will finish by Monday evening. Following is the tentative

the right to change the schedule at its discretion.

Rain
Policy
Rain
this time of year is usually a short shower or storm. We will
make every attempt to roll-dri courts and continue play as soon
as possible. If faced with extended periods of rain, we have access
to an indoor facility and matches will be moved inside only if
absolutely necessary. However, this is an outdoor tournament and
we play outdoors whenever possible.

On-Site
Stringing
There
will be a stringer available at the site during the tournament.
On site stringers are not affiliated with the tournament and any
transactions made are strictly between the players and the stringer.
Cash payments are preferred.
