I just had my tennis racket restrung. It was originally strung using 2 strings(4 tie-offs) the person however, strung it was one continueous string(2 tie-offs) does this affect my racket or the playability of it?

I normally string with the one string (2 knots) methods. It's a much cleaner job, and maintains the tension very well. The only time you'll see me do 4 knots is with blended string.

I recently purchased an oversize wilson hyper hammer 5.6 racquet. I had the stringing set at 60 and I've come to realize the racquet provides too much power for my game. I was wondering if someone could advise me on what to do, if I need to learn to hit it softer, or get it restrung. If you could please email me you opinion, I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Does anyoy have a Eagnas 10 Stringing Machine, or another table-top version? If you do, are you having problems starting the stringing and using the string gripper?

you must know :for the string setting, more tension gives you more control, and less tension gives you more power
